Description

Crystalline glazes are a specialized type of ceramic finish that can develop large and or small visible crystals. A special glaze is applied, which becomes extremely fluid, and for this reason, we will be creating flat or shallow pieces only. Glazing only the topside or inside of pieces. These crystals are created during the cooling process in the kiln and are unique higly decorative pieces. Instructor: Mary McDonals Class Time: 6:00 - 9:00 pm Date: March 25th Please bring up to 5 bisque-fired pieces that are made from cone 6 porcelain or 519 clay, with no texture. Examples are medium-sized ornaments or trinket trays (6 inches long/wide) or small shallow bowls.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of class. Cancellations made within two weeks of the class start date are eligible for a refund minus a 20% administration fee. No refunds will be issued once classes have begun.
