Paula Caltagirone

Paula is a retired secondary Visual Arts and Fashion Design teacher. She has worked with clay for over 40 yrs but, focused on it as a medium since her retirement. She loves to combine her fine art background into her clay work with drawing, printmaking and watercolour  incorporated into her work. Paula focus on using the hand-building  techniques of pinch, slab and coil to create both functional and decorative art pieces. She enjoys passing on her knowledge and passion for creating to the students she has the privilege to work with.
