Mary McDonald

Mary, alumnus of Ryerson University majoring in fashion, has always expressed a passion for creating. This passion evolved naturally from cloth to clay. After taking multiple pottery courses through Mohawk College, Mary transitioned from student to teacher. She specializes in creating functional pottery with a focus on the wheel. She also continues to develop her own technique through frequent workshops and courses. Mary strives to nurture passion and enthusiasm in those she teaches and offers 20+ years of teaching experience. Her goal is to maintain a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where all are welcome. Whether beginner or advanced there is always room to learn in Mary’s classroom!
