Exhibition Date: January 18th to March 9th, 2025


Selection of Works: The Curator and Glenhyrst staff reserve the right to make all final selections of works to be displayed in the exhibition and their placement.


Delivery and Installation: Pieces must be dropped off on either January 11th OR January 12th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. No exceptions.

 

Opening Reception: January 23rd from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. All participating artists are expected to attend the exhibition’s opening reception.

 

Artwork Pick-Up: The Artist’s work cannot be removed from the Gallery before March 9th, 2025. Artists are required to arrange a time to pick up their artwork with the Curator at their earliest convenience within one week after the exhibition’s closure. 

 

Artist Fees: The Gallery will pay a CARFAC exhibition fee of $2380.00 (CDN) and distribute this amount evenly among participating Guild members. The Gallery will pay this fee within three weeks of the close of the exhibition.

 

Insurance: The gallery can insure the works while on gallery property.

 

Promotion: The Gallery will promote the exhibition and opening through its media channels that include press releases, newsletters and email invitations to our membership, newspapers and Public Art Galleries throughout Southern Ontario including Arts Foundations and services. We will produce a handout to accompany the exhibition, with a short essay written by the Curator.
